We arrived at the hotel in pouring rain and we received a very warm welcome. The hotel was cosy, clean and warm. We had a very comfortable night's sleep in a lovely bed, there was no noise from within or outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our night and would stay again and again when visiting our family on the Wirral. |

on arrival we found the bridge inn to be in a lovely rural location and it looked gorgeous from the outside, reception seemed to be in keeping with the traditional building but once we were lead upstairs to the rooms it was very well average, the decor was the same pale peach walls you see in any nameless hotel chain and the rooms were much the same. small but fine for a short stay. what we hadnt expected was the paper thin walls which meant you could hear EVERYTHING from every room in your corridor. in the early hours of the morning after an incredibly late night we were awoken by the sounds of the extraction fans in neighbouring bathrooms, toilets flushing, people talking and tv's in their rooms. boy were we glad we were checking out that morning. |

Really lovely hotel, food was great. Ideal place to stay and visit Liverpool city centre by the train which is only 5 minutes walk and really low prices. |

Would stay here again as it was very comfortable. As we had travelled from Kent and been held up in traffic we would have liked to have been able to get at least a sandwich on arrival at 9pm but food service finishes at 8.45pm. |
