The greeting was fantastic, with Norma providing a map of Milan, suggestion of great little places to eat etc. The location is fantastic also. My one down fall was the noise of the trams going past, so if you are a light sleeper this is probably not the place for you (all be it one of the rooms is at the rear of the building which would be fine). Also you have to hold the shower head in your hand which is a bit of a pain.
