Being the first Airport Hotel at Heathrow at Holiday inn London Heathrow Ariel we know what it takes to make it feel 'home from home'. We offer our guest's designed blackout rooms with double glazed windows to help with a good nights sleep and a fresh start before your meeting or a long flight.

Easy travelling, but using the Playstation attracted a charge of GBP5, which was not stated when I turned the TV on. Your staff were understanding, and did not charge me for it.

very bad service when we tried to check in had no details waited 20 mins no apolgize and once we got our room was so small and bed looked like it was a single bed.went to complain and did not do anything so i asked to leave and was agreed would not stay here agin. not worth the money
