the room was ok but old fashioned and dreary, bathroom was modern and clean. Very bad nights sleep, in fact hardly slept at all due some sort of machine/ appliance humming quite loudly constantly through the night. Do not have the cheese and ham for breakfast, unless you have a shoe that needs a new sole! The dining room was too small and cramped. Cooked breakfast looked passable, but we have definitely had better. Not a return visit for us I'm afraid |

Very friendly staff allowed us to book in early and provided us not only with a guide to Bath, but also gave us information on which buses to get. It is possible to walk into Bath from the hotel, but takes a good 30-40 minutes, but the bus service is regular and reliable. The room was lovely with good en-suite facilities. Breakfast was delicious. There is parking, although it can get a bit tight when busy, but it is also possible to park on the road outside the hotel. I look forward to staying here again when I next return to Bath. |
