Our room was really noisy as it was close to the main road so i'd ask for one that was within the complex. it suited us fine as we weren't in the room much - really good value for money.

If you have seen the TV programme Benidorm then you will know what to expect in this hotel. Asked for an early breakfast at 7.30am (as it doesn't start till 8am and I had a meeting to attend) and it consisted of a basket of Rich Tea biscuits! Staff very unfriendly, room dirty. Told the Receptionist that I would not be returnng and she said she understood why!

The room we had was rather noisy, I should have requested a quiet room as there were some whereas ours was near pool and entertainments which is what some would like .

Good value for money, friendly staff who speak excellent english. Very close to Puerto Banus about a 20 min walk. Also very close to San Pedro and a bus route right outside. Overall a pleasant experience...but no english channels on tv!!! arrrrgh!! lol.
