Overlooking the stunning Fife coastline, Bay View Bed and Breakfast is the ideal stopping off point on the Fife Coastal Route. This charming family-run bed and breakfast set in the picturesque seaside town of Burntisland is the perfect location for a Scottish break whatever the season. Occupying part of a listed Georgian Terrace overlooking Burntisland Bay and the River Forth. Bay View Bed and Breakfast offers warm hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere. All rooms enjoy superb sea views to the islands of the River Forth and the Edinburgh skyline. Situated only a 2 minute stroll from a blue flag sandy beach and 5 minutes from the mainline train station. Burntisland is situated on the Fife Coastal Path between Aberdour and Kinghorn. Edinburgh is only 35 minutes away, endless sandy beaches and the world class golf courses of St Andrews only 30 miles away make Bay View Bed and Breakfast perfectly placed for a sightseeing break for all the family. Children are welcome. Parking restrictions may apply during the summer months. Please note credit/debit cards are not accepted. Start your day with a healthy Breakfast served in the comfort of your room gazing out the window at the fantastic seaviews across the River Forth to Edinburgh or relax in the landscaped garden with patio area. Golfers will feel equally at home with the numerous golf courses on the doorstep. During the summer months the ‘Links’ park area next to the beach boasts many events for all the family including a fairground and the annual Highland Games.

From Edinburgh International Airport - Approx 30 minutes by car/taxi - follow signs for Forth Bridge and M90 Junction 1. After Forth Road Bridge(it is second exit) and travel east on A921 for 8 miles along the Fife Coastal Route to Burntisland. Travel along Aberdour Road until you come to the roundabout at the nursery school, turn downhill onto Cromwell Road and turn left at the bottom. The River Forth/Links should then be on your right hand side. Continue along until you see number 65 on your left, midway down the Georgian Terrace. The entrance to the property is tucked away through a black door with the numbers 63 and 65 above it. Please open the black door and walk through the whitewashed passageway. You will see number 65 to your right. We look forward to welcoming you. Please note parking restrictions may apply during the summer months.

lovely clean B&B stunning views out of your bed window great food with that extra special touch of having it in your room whilst looking at the views. It a shame more place's did'nt set such high standards.

Well done to Martin and Charmaine for creating a wonderful B&B. Everything about this establishment was first class for us, the room, the breakfast, the view, everything. I would be tempted to leave a poor review just so that we could keep this one to ourselves! But, that doesn't seem fair, so let me highly recommend it. They deserve every success.
