Disinterested, abrupt and rude staff! The first room we were given was of very poor standard with unpleasant, musty odour and plastic shower curtain that had seen better days. No airconditioning, no safe, very basic. We attempted to move hotels giving plenty of notice for the 2nd and 3rd nights of our stay but were told that we would have to pay for the second night. We did get moved to a better room but compared to another 3 star hotel down the road, it was definitely inferior. |

V easy to find, v pleasant staff and very clean hotel overall. Only gripe's are: no kettle which was greatly missed also as it's a room facing the road there was a lot of noise, strangely enough all the noise came in through the (seemingly not working) air con unit. |

I found this Hotel of adequate standard for the price. Very central location near the Gran Via and access to the metro, the staff very freindly and helpfull. Despite the prostitutes that hang around at the corner of the street, this did not pose a threat and as a lone female traveller i felt safe. |
