The quality of the suite of rooms we were assigned was very pleasing. It met the needs of our family and proved a suitable base from which to access central London. The hotel is still undergoing renovations and in that respect appeared rather dusty in areas and the frontage was badly affected with the presence of an over filled skip. Perhaps if the management would consider this aspect this would prove profitable. All in all our stay was a good experience. |

On the night I arrived I failed to be able to shower because I couldn't get any hot water. In the morning I got up and ran the shower for a good 10 - 15 minutes before it finally produced a trickle of hot water. I expected a tiny bit more for £85.00 - even in London! |

The hotel was very to get to and the parking space that we had asked for was also available for us; a fantastic bonus for such a central London location. Although we did not use the hotel restaurant facilities, the food provided within our apartment was a real surprise, and as such, a bonus. The apartment was very spacious (a lot of room for two people) and well furnished, with everything in full working order. We very much enjoyed our stayed and would highly recommend it to others. Very, very good value for money, as we had booked a standard double room only to find that we had been upgraded to a spacious apartment. |
