Wonderful room - the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!! Friendly staff who were helpful and well-informed. In an excellent location for the train station and not too far from city centre either. Highly recommended place to stay. |

Very friendly reception from the owners. Room was clean & neat & bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the double-glazing did not fully cut out the traffic noise from the main street (room 7). |

The standard of the hotel is excellent. The proprietor was welcoming, the room spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The only minor niggles were that the breakfast, although of very good quality, was limited to the traditional English, (bacon and eggs) and we did not always have hot water in the bath and basin. (There was an electric shower though!) All in all a very comfortable stay, which we would be happy to repeat. |
