Suite Seven has been fitted with a contemporary living flame fire and the en suite in SuiteTwo has been designed to accommodate a separate bath underneath the feature window. Room 5 enjoys morning sunshine and the six foot bed can be altered into twin beds.
Whichever room you choose they are all fitted with, flat screen televisions, Bose music systems, internet connection and a selection of current monthly lifestyle magazines. All rooms are also equipped with an iron and ironing board, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, homemade biscuits and the famous Kendal Mint Cake. Everyone involved in the running of this beautiful guesthouse is wonderfully welcoming, without being intrusive. We immediately felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our 3 day stay. It was an effort to leave.

Lesley and her staff were very helpful. No 43 is tastefully decorated and has amazing views over the estuary. A patio with glazed fencing provides shelter from the wind whilst maintaining the views. Breakfasts were lovely and on a Sunday morning there is the addd bonus of a glass of bucks fizz, although, if communal dining is not your thing, be aware that breakfasts are served around a large table with the other guests.
