One night stay only for a Christmas party. Reception desk very understated and customer service all a bit rushed. Stayed in a 'Pullman room' nice big kingsize bed, marble bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Bedroom carpet cream and with lots of stains and the wardrobe can only be accessed from via one door. Road noise can be heard until about 4 am and starts again about 530!! Room quite bland and boring but breakfast was the star attraction. Great cooked breakfast to order in a fantastic dining room - good value. Really good Christmas venue. |

Very easy to book in , reservation was to hand. Limited service in the bar due to poor communication (language) Rom clean and when a question ask of room service answered promply. Breakfast of a high standard especially the choice. Cooked breakfast cooked to order. |

Nice old style hotel with old style customer service. Very good value at £75 for an upgraded room. Dinner was excellent too - £16 for set menu. It's fabulously convenient for the station - a mere 10 paces from the hotel side entrance to the main entrance of the station! |

Slightly shabby hotel, well positioned for station and town. Bedroom very large, but overheated and no working controls for the radiators. Bathroom adequate. Decent choice for breakfast. Staff absolutely excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Overall, OK for the price for a one night business stay. |

Hôtel ancien avec charme mais avec un petit côté vieillot pour les amateurs de Hi-Tech. |
