Wayne and Jane were friendly and attentive the room was clean and nicely decorated , very good value for money will be booking in with them again

only very minor grumble was that the bathroom was very cramped which made it slightly awkward.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cleveland for 2 nights. The owner was very friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was great. Our only gripe would be with the shower in our room, which had 2 modes of operation - scalding or freezing!

Had a great stay at the Cleveland over August Bank Holiday. Could not fault it! Very clean and pleasant room, lovely breakfast. Great friendly owners and the sun shone!! Thanks to Wayne for finding me a little bottle of Champagne!!
