Driving Directions to The Regency Hotel: Follow the A23 sign posted to Brighton & City Centre/Sea Front At the round about, with Brighton Pier in front of you, turn right onto the sea front Carry on until you reach Regency Square on your right, just opposite the Old (West) pier Follow signs to Regency Square parking and we are directly opposite the entrance to the NCP underground car park. By Train: From the train station,go down the main road outside the station(Queen's road) until you reach the clock tower. Take a right and carry on past Churchill Sq shopping center Turn right on to Preston Street [ approx 200 meters] Half way down Preston St take the right into Regency Sq and we are the first hotel you see at the top of the square.

Very well situated just off the Brighton seafront, opposite the old pier.

Hotel room was very small, lovely view but window was blocked by a table, water boiled in the rooms kettle tasted horrible. Too many stairs (no lift). This hotel is very noisy at night due to being so close to the seafront so not ideal if you want a good nights sleep! No parking outside so the cost of the carpark was expensive at £12.50 for 24 hours.

Parking is pricey but there is a car park right on the square. Very small family run hotel -owner extremely helpful.
