Directions TO Holiday Inn M4 J4 Directions from M25 / M4 motorway going into London Come off the M25 at junction 15, follow signs for M4 LONDON, come off the M4 at Junction 4 heading towards UXBRIDGE A408. Stay in the far left hand lane on the slip road following signs to ALL OTHER ROUTES, turn first left at the traffic lights towards Sipson A408 and keep turning first left until you come into the hotel entrance. Directions from M4 coming out of London Come off at Junction 4 towards UXBRIDGE A408. Take the 3rd exit towards UXBRIDGE A408,then stay in the left hand lane following signs toALL OTHER ROUTES, turn first left at the traffic lights towards Sipson A408 and keep turning first left until you come into the hotel entrance. Directions from Heathrow Airport T 1,2,3 Follow Exit signs out of the Airport. Stay on dual carriageway in the middle lane. The hotel will be on your left hand side. DO NOT go in the left hand lane or you will end up on the M4. Take the 2nd Exit on the roundabout towards UXBRIDGE A408, then stay in the left hand lane following signs toALL OTHER ROUTES, turn first left at the traffic lights towards Sipson A408 and keep turning first left until you come into the hotel entrance.

The hotel is difficult to find ,it is clearly visible from the approach to the roundabout ,but it is unclear how you get into it. There needs to be signposts to direct you to the hotel. I also totally object to having to pay £10 to park on the car park. As a paying guest the car park should be free. the rooms are also in need of a spruce up.

Check-in system failed and hotel staff was not well trained to deal with situation. We had to go away and come back later after we had had dinner. We had to wait 1.5 hours until the staff informed us that they were not able to check us in. In addition, they could not find our reservation.
Other than that, hotel was fine.

The food in the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We actually had to return one of the meals.
When we arrived we were asked if we would downgrade to a standard room even although we had booked an executive room.
We refused to accept a standard room and asked for the room which we booked. We stay frequently in hotels in many countries and that was probably the worst "executive room" we have ever been given.
According to our booking conditions we were supposed to be supplied with mineral water and orange juice in the room but neither were there. When we asked for them we were told that we would have to pay room service charge for them.
