Very clean hotel, owner very proud of the rooms especially the bathroom which was very modern and spacious. Hotel is in a good location 10 mins walk from termini. You are able to explore all the sights on foot from the hotel. owner gave us a map and talked us through some of the sights. Nearby are bars and many places to eat.

Pleasantly surprised at decor of hotel when we got to 3rd floor Reception. Don't be put off by elevator. Carlos at Reception gave us a great welcome and recommended restaurant which was on a roof terrace and someone playing guitar. Good value for money.

Easy to find and a great location for seeing the sights. We booked a deluxe room which was modern, clean and had a jacuzzi bath (as well as a shower) which was bliss after a hot day walking the streets of Rome. Breakfast was basic, but enough to get us started. The entrance from the street is a bit shabby as it's part of a block which includes other offices and apartments. The Everest is on the 3rd floor and the lift is pokey, but once inside the hotel is pleasant and the staff were friendly.
