In a minute you can reach the subway station Charlottenburg as well as the underground station Wilmersdorfer Strasse, from where you can travel around visiting the most interesting places of Berlin – the Palace Charlottenburg, the Memorial Church, the Zoo and Aquarium, the Column of Victory, the Botanical Garden, the OlympicStadium, the Europe Center, KaDeWe, the Brandenburger Gate, the Potsdamer Place and many others.

    i had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. breakfast is excellent and plentiful. easy access to the hotel from tegel airport-just 20 minutes by bus #109 and bus stop is in front of the hotel. hotel is small but very modern (perfect for my needs). bathroom in the room is clean and shower great (always had hot water). there is a locked room for depositing luggage if needed. a 24 hour service around the clock. there's a lift. personnel are friendly and helpful. there's a safe deposit box but must pay extra. my only complaint though was the bed- the mattress was much too soft for my back. but honestly, all the rest was great. oh, and it is also very close to the s-bahn...

    Good location to get to, dodgy area of the city though, I wouldn't walk around on my own.
    Breakfast was fine, had a bit of a youth hostel feel to it. Rooms are perfectly clean, a good hotel if you just need a clean room to simply just spend the night.

    The hotel itself was fine,but the approach/surroundings were a little sleazy (two 'nightclubs' virtually next door and voices on the pavement below into the small hours) but not actually threatening. Certainly not the best part of Charlottenberg, but very well positioned for two bus routes and the S-bahn.
    After a rather off hand reception the staff were very friendly and helpful.
