We booked this last minute and forfeited location for the fact that it had a pool.......alledgedly. First we were told it was temporarily closed for treatment, then that it hadn't actually opened yet. We could walk to a nearby sister hotel and use that if we fancied (which actually was available more cheaply on this site). Nobody could even show us where our hotels pool would be. Should have been first floor but there aren't any signs. First impressions of the hotels we good but it's just surface. Reception staff were nice but we'd requested no feather pillows or duvets, and that was missed so we had to get people up to sort it two nights in a row. The walls are paper thin and you can clearly here you neighbours, and our sliding bathroom door didn't shut properly (tho the bathroom looked v. nice). The beds were very uncomfortable and the location is a long way from the centre (but only 10 mins from the airport). It's supposed to be 5 star but the only resemblence were the Molten Brown product, the dressing gown and the 4 inch high bottle of water in the fridge (3.75 euros) |

Good quality hotel although it was very quiet when we were there. Gym is fine for a proper workout - plenty of cardio, free weights and resistence machines, free use of sauna and steam room too. hotel and room is very modern and lots of friendly staff. Has usual 5 star things such as Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes, slippers etc. |
