We only stayed one night, after having to make a rapid reschedule due to airline failure. The apartment was clean, modern and efficient with good quality fixtures and fittings, designed for function rather than form. It also featured a pleasant, spacious balcony with tropical plants to shade it. There was some local noise as the area is partly residential, (people need to get to work, kids need to play) so that was either good or bad depending on your preference. Though the view wasn't up to much, the apartment, as advertised, was only a short walk to the heart of the town. We didn't eat at the Aguamar, so can't comment on the food.
