There was a Christmas party going on till 1am and with the noise were unable to go to sleep. When I did ring reception to find out when the party was going to finish, the response I got was not very good. His response was that the music was dying out and there was no loud music. Also I brought to his attention that there was no air vent in the bathrrom, which by law is needed. When checking out, no apology was made of our uncomfortable stay and the reception staff were not very friendly.

Newly refurbished room - yet blind pull cords were frayed to the extentent that the blinds in the bathroom couldn't be adjusted.

I was only there for one night it had everything we needed, good price for the room, the food was nice but there could have been more of a selection on the menu.
