The Pool, Sauna, Steam room were all closed for refurbishment which was unfortunate as the ability to use the leisure facilities would help justify the room rate. However, the most annoying factor was the £15 per day charge for Broadband usage. |

Excellent value, would definately stay again! Swimming pool was great and we had an enjoyable time, not too busy and towels provided. |

Had a great stay. Easy to find, straight off M62. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly & helpful. Pool & facilities were great. Lots of parking. Rooms nice & clean. Would definately stay again. |
