The food was a little expensive, but quite nice.
The car park is not near big enough , you cannot hardly even get parked to check in ,cars were double parking making it even more difficult to manouvere in the car park .
the location is very good for the airport

I'm afraid this hotel lacks any sparkle, it's very dated and frankly not worthy of any real comment except to say - overpriced even at £55 !! Sorry Holiday Inn - you need a makeover :-(

The carvery dinner was a total disaster - there was one roast (ham) and some boiled potatoes and cauli and broccoli and the whole thing was completely devoid of taste - a complete waste of money. However, thankfully the breakfast in the morning was much better, offering all the breakfast items on the menu.

We booked two rooms - one for ourselves (a couple) and one for our sixteen year old son and his friend. We were really pleased to be allocated connecting rooms - a real bonus. The rooms and the breakfast were good quality and good value. Our only problem was the fact that the corridor had smoking rooms in it and the smoke from other rooms was very noticeable in our rooms
