Great hotel, quality public areas, good food, rooms ok but could do with updating, breakfast was good. Free parking available behind the hotel. Would stay again. |

Room clean and tidy but could do with a bigger tv on the floor rather than a portable on a bracket bolted to the wall where you end up with a stiff neck! Room cold when first checked in and being on the front of the hotel was extremely noisy with traffic. Nice view overlooking the sea but overall a bit on the expensive side. |

This famuily run hotel was very good and the food was excellent i had a nice choice at breakfast and i entertained an uncle for dinner on 1 night we had the fillet and rib eye steaks which were cooked to the exact way we chose ther was also a good selection of wine and we had a nice bottle of fleurie. The room i had was no14 at the top of the building and overlooked the Thames my bathroom was very good lots of hot water and very clean. The staff were attentive and as a walkinfg disabled person were helpful with my bags when i needed help. I was also offered a room on a lower floor when i arrived in case i felt that the stairs were too much but i declined this offer. i would recommend this hotel and as an owner of a 4 star guest house in scotland for the past 11years i know a thing or two about what it takes to get to this level. Well done to all the staff and for making my stay an enjoyable experience. |
