Upon arrival the hotel had no record of our booking. I provided them with the relevant details but they said as we had booked through late rooms we had to deal with them directly. The manager was not very customer friendly and would not even look for the laterooms number for me. I did get the number eventually from a nice woman who allowed me to use her internet. after speaking to laterooms the matter was resolved but the hotel manager was nowhere to be seen even after i requested to speak to him. |
