Good location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Great value for money. Only let down was on trying to get into the hotel late at night. We stood outside for 20 minutes before anyone heard us ringing the doorbell! |

Very pleased with the hotel. Room was very comfortable, though a little small. One minor gripe was that the internet connection in the room wouldn't work. I stayed in the Maldron on Cardiff Lane (formerly Quality Hotel) a few weeks ago and had the same problem there (though otherwise the hotel was superb). Otherwise I was happy and would stay again. Good location too. |

Although our stay was pleasant and the room nice, we were disappointed at the lack of veggie options on the menu for the hotel. Also when we called for a Pizza from our room, we were advised the only option was cheese and tomato. This wasn't impressive. Overall a nice hotel and well located to walk into local attractions. |

I stayed in the Hotel while my wife was in the nearby Mater Hospital and it was very convenient, but what stood out was the friendly and extremely accommodating staff who could not have been more helpful. During a difficult time this was both welcome and appreciated. |
