not suitable to be on hotel books, just glad I never went with my kids this apartment is only suitable for groups of girls or boys between 18 and 30 wouldn't stay again in that apartment just not what you'd expect when you book a room, I could have booked a nice room at a chain hotel for £75 including breakfast this cost me £100 without breakfast or welcome back and it didn't have the correct feel for a weekend away. noise from the apartment across the hall on the same floor ridiculous.

We booked a four bed apartment and arrived to be given a two bed. After being told we had to prove we booked a four bed the excuse was it had been left too messy to let us stay in (cleaning between visitors obviously is not the done thing) . With no notice we struggled to find accommodation for the two members of our party with nowhere to stay and did so was at great expense.
We were offered a studio in the city centre with no nearby parking as an alternative but this only suitable for one person without a car. To expect two people with a car who had been promised separate bedrooms and car parking to stay here was not acceptable.
The two bed was dirty, lacked hot water, stunk of old cigarette smoke and the carpet was disgustingly stained. All our clothes and cases now stink of old smoke. There were no towels and the bedding was minimal.
Customer service was terrible and they will not reply to e-mails and the phone line no doesn't take incoming calls. The due refund is being ignored.

The apartment we stayed in was in an excellent location and was well appointed. However, some of the furniture was missing (there were no tables or chairs for us to sit down and eat a meal), although there were two sofas. The television was not working, one of the double beds - in the master bedroom - was damaged and one of the window catches was broken. The carpets were dirty in the living room area. We were informed that the previous occupants had trashed the flat and some furniture had been damaged so badly that it had to be replaced.
