Shortly after booking received confirmation email from owner wishing to confirm arrival details. On Arrival immediately made welcome and was offered complimentary drink delivered to room. Room and en-suite modern, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony, just the sounds of birds and sheep to be heard. Very short walk to centre of village. Given choice on time and menu to choose what to eat for breakfast. Ideal country retreat away from hustle and bustle. |

We really couldnt fault the place at all, its lovely, but were a little surprised that there was no TV in the room. We also felt that £89 was maybe a little overpriced for a night in a bed and breakfast. The village really is very small but quite pretty, with just a couple of local pubs and a bistro in the village as entertainment in the evening. |

Tibbiwell Lodge was very friendly and helpful when looking for a chinese restaurant in the area. The instructions on how to get there were spot on. Our whole stay was peaceful and restful, just what we needed. Would recommend it to friends and stay there again ourselves. |
