Absolutely fantastic hotel. I was worried we'd have room 5 as per the review below and as we walked past it room 5 did seem to be close to the very loud lift. We were in room 4 which faced onto the street. There was some noise from the street and some music past midnight but this soon died out and wasn't detrimental to the stay. THe rooms are stunning, the bar is amazing and the customer service is second to none. Amazing attention to detail - cookies, chocolates and water in the room (for free) and the most comfortable huge king size bed. I want to go back to Leicester if only to stay in this hotel!! |

the one thing that was disappointing was the noise from airconditioning units placed outside the window. They were extremely noisy, at least in room 5, and I would ask not to be booked in that room again. However, the room itself wa superb. Decor modern, bed and pill ows extremely comfortable, and the extras were amazing- chocolates, the most delicous cookies baked in-house, ground coffee, fluffy bathrobe and slippers, but surpriseingly, no hairdrier. |
