Hotel is well situated only short walk across river to centre, car parking space is limited and you might be well advised to ring in advance to see if it is possible to save a space in front of the hotel. The propriertor was not there and we had to ask for towels and toilet rolls off his relief , breakfast was great as good as you can get, but our room was a twin and it was very small , no bath just shower though beds were comfortable., thought it was pricey for what you got but as it was a races weekend that might have been the answer.
