Very nice - some big old hotels like this are in reality awful, but the Tynemouth Grand really lives up to its billing. We arrived on a tandem and they found us a safe place to store the bike indoors without any badgering, so two thumbs up for the service. Would definitely stay there again. |

My first impression are very good. Quality hotel in a very good location. Pub on site does good food and is excellent value. The nearby village also has lots of choice. |
