1825 grade 2 listed Regency building in Upper Rock Gardens, Brighton, with smart contemporary accommodation, with a clear focus on cleanliness quality, friendliness and good service. We are about 2 minutes from the sea, a short bus drive to the Marina, and short walk to all other central activities and attractions. An ideal location to explore the shops, bars, clubs or restaurants.
All rooms are en suite, and have new white linen, TV, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities. Clean and welcoming with excellent English, continental or vegetarian breakfast.

Great little guest house in a convenient area. owners friendly and helpful. Stayed in the compact double-was small but was expecting that. Lovely bright and clean would definitely use again

Room was a little small, but immaculate. The breakfast was lovely, and I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact there was no curtains in the rooms - only blinds which didn't really keep the daylight out - meaning I woke up too early!
