Gorgeous apartments, I didnt want to leave! Admittedly they were a bit difficult to find, however I phoned them and the guy said he would wait outside if we went to Tesco's, which was helpful. |

I would urge you not to stay in this accommodation. It has been the worst experience I've ever had in terms of quality, value for money and service when complaining about the problems we had. There was no hot water, the bathroom sink was blocked and the kitchen smell was unbearable re a strong drainage odour. The windows in the apartment are extremely poor and absolutely no barrier to the high noise levels outside in a very dense area of late bars. It was stifling hot but if we opened the windows the noise would have been even more unbearable. Noise continued to the early hours of the morning and when it finished the builders in the development across the road started making noise. This experience meant no sleep, no hot water to shower. There was no access to a 24hr number to get support with the hot water and no-one came to see us the next morning to help us with the situation when we complained - they just told us that we should leave as there is nothing they can do. they denied that the apartment smelled or the hot water was not working. Do not stay here unless you want to be dirty and stay up all night! |
