    Great room, great location - would definitely suggest this if staying in Juan Les Pins

    The hotel is just a few minute walk from the trainstation. The (sand) beach and boulevard is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The town centre with loads of restaurants, shops and a casino is just around the corner. The nightlife is pretty good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    Although this is sometimes referred to as a hotel, it actually is self catering apartments. They are well furnished and facilities are modern. If you go expecting a hotel service you will be disappointed (ie no daily clean/towel change etc), however for the price location and freedom to eat and move at your leisure it is excellent for the region.
