Lovely guest house , friendly welcome , breakfast really excellent with a fantastic choice. The one negative thing I found was that all guests sat at the one long table for breakfast . Something I find really off putting and that and only that would stop me returning.. I prefer a bit of privacy in the morning. However if this doesn't bother you I can't recommend this place enough. It's really close to the shops , beach and golf course too.
