I arrived at around 8pm. I could not enter the lobby of the apartment block by either telephone contact with the conncierge (answer phone message) or ringing reception. I had to contact LateRooms by telephone. When someone finally contacted me by phone I had already got in to te lobby by slipping past someone on their way out. I was given instruction on how to collect an envelope containing my key and passcard for door entry system from the safe in the lobby. I went to the apartment only to find that the envelope did not contain the key just a door fob!! I contacted the person who had given me the instructions and he sent someone to assist me. I finally got into the apartment at 10.30pm. Perhaps I was unlucky?? However, the person who helped me get into the apartment gave me a bottle of wine....nice touch...and the apartment was wonderful...worth the effort.....yes!! Oh and access to the internet was really easy, food for breakfast left in fridge and check out was 11am...so overall very good value for money. |
