Basic B&B but clean and welcoming. You make your own breakfast so useful for late/very early flights. Exit Termini Station via underpass direction Giolotti and you will save yourself a long walk. |

Don't book room # 1, because you will hear everything going on in the kitchen, simply because the bathroom does not have walls going all the way up to the ceiling. Overall a good place to crash for the night if you didn't find a better place to stay. Keys are bulky to fit in the pockets. Location wise is rather close to the station, (about 10 mins walk) which makes it easy to get to. |

Me & my girlfriend stayed here 9 - 13 September 2008. We had a warm welcome from Roberto. He was very helpful and friendly. The place is very conveniently situated, but a fair walk from Termini Station. We had a very comfortable stay at this pleasant and clean B&B. Would certainly stay here again. Many thanks Roberto, hope to see you again! |

Myself, partner and young son had a fantastic stay here. The owner was friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The B&B was in a perfect location for the centre of Rome and very reasonably priced. The room had a clean en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and satelite TV. All three of us would be more than happy to stay here again. |

A very average b&b. The room was clean and a good size but the shower did not work properly (the shower head wouldn't stay on the wall). Also it was difficult to get the water hot enough for a decently warm shower at times. The top wall of our bathroom room was open to the hallway which meant that everyone could hear us when we were in the bathroom. |
