Very nice guest house. Excellent breakfast. Good value. Excellent service.
Only one fault they need to fix the doorbell as we had to phone to get an answer at the door.

very friendly, fantastic room and a very comfortable bed, decor throughout was excellent and perfectly located to see everything Whitby has to offer. We will definately be back.

The initial greeting was exceptional with a much needed cup of tea and a chat! The decor, whilst not always to our taste was very well presented. The attention to detail throughout the house was superb. The numerous toiletries, in the bathrooms were amazing and very much welcomed and useful. It was a slight disappointment that the room was not en-suite but the bathroom was just across the hall and when we stayed, we had pretty much exclusive use. The shower in the bathroom was disappointing as the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was superb with fantastic locally produced food, fresh fruit and cereals.
