Establishment located in a 19th century building in the famous hilly Žižkov quarter, in the City Center, beating heart of the ancient and modern political, artistic and literary history of Prague.
Discover its authentic Czech restaurants and pubs, shops and major attractions including the Vitkov hill, the avante-guard TV Tower and the modern Jewish cemetery where Franz Kafka is buried.
The immense and charming Riegrovy Park is just round the corner, offering you a breathtaking view on the Prague Castle and the Old Town roofs. The building’s location, a three minute tram ride, ten minute walk from the Old Town Square and Venceslaw Square, is a key feature.
Living in this area, so close to the Old Town but without the high prices of the major tourist streets, is very attractive for visitors and residents alike. All the apartments in this Residence have been recently renovated and all the historic features have been preserved and stylishly mixed with an ultramodern interior design.

FROM THE AIRPORT: - BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Get appropriate tickets for your journey at the airport. From the orange-colored, public transport, ticket dispensers - situated in airport, public arrival area, or from the public transport desk. You cannot buy tickets on the bus or tram. The tickets will cost 20czk for each person for the whole journey - from the airport to the apartment. From the airport you get the 119 bus. Get off at the final bus stop – which is called DEJVICKA. Here you have 2 options: - cross the road using the underpass (it is safer) and catch tram no.26 going in the direction of the city centre, away from the airport. Stay on the tram until you reach the tram stop HUSINECKA. - In the underpass, catch metro B, green line, in the only direction available from DEJVICKA. Get off in MUSTEK and from there catch Tram n. 9 for three stops to HUSINECKA. In both cases, get off at the HUSINECKA tram stop. From here its a two minute walk to the apartment: walk for 2-3 minutes in the same direction of the Tram, you will have on your right a small park with the small Viktoria Stadium. Turn the second street to the right, that's Pribyslavska. Look for n. 5 on your right. The journey will take about 35-40 minutes. FROM THE TRAIN STATIONS: From Holesovice Train Station get the Metro (red line) to Hlavny Nadrazi (it's the main train station). From Hlavni Nadrazi Train station exit in the direction of the Tram, you will have to cross a park to get there. Get any tram from there (5, 9 or 26) to the tram stop HUSINECKA. Get off at the HUSINECKA tram stop. From Husinecka tram stop, walk for 2-3 minutes in the same direction of the Tram, you will have on your right a small park with the small Viktoria Stadium. Turn the second street to the right, that's Pribyslavska. Look for number 5 on your right. FROM FLORENC BUS STATIONS: OPTION 1 (15 minutes journey) From Florenc Bus Station go to the Florenc Metro Station (red line) and get on the train for one stop to Hlavny Nadrazi (it's the main train station). From Hlavni Nadrazi Metro station exit in the direction of the Tram, you will have to cross a park to get there. Get any tram from there (5, 9 or 26) to the tram stop HUSINECKA. Get off at the HUSINECKA tram stop. From Husinecka tram stop, walk for 2-3 minutes in the same direction of the Tram, you will have on your right a small park with the small Viktoria Stadium. Turn the second street to the right, that's Pribyslavska. Look for number 5 on your right. OPTION 2 (10 minutes journey) From Florenc Bus Station reach the Tram Stop “Bila Labut” next to the cross road. From the Tram Stop “Bila Labut”, on the platform going in the direction of the City Centre, get tram n. 26 for 3 stops, to the tram stop HUSINECKA. Get off at the HUSINECKA tram stop. From Husinecka tram stop, walk for 2-3 minutes in the same direction of the Tram, you will have on your right a small park with the small Viktoria Stadium. Turn the second street to the right, that's Pribyslavska. Look for number 5 on your right. In both the above options you will have to purchase a valid ticket.

    The photos that were sent to us were a mixture of two appartments mainly a very nice, spacecious one but when we arrived there the apartment was a bedsit with a bed on the floor in a double level ceiling. If you have back problems or problems with steep, narrow stairs do not stay here.

    Location was great for City Centre, only 3 stops on number 9 tram. Ziscov was lively with lots to do. Staff, Anna especially, were very helpful and helped to find cheap transport from the hotel. Only downside was smelly bins in the communal hallway of the building, but ths was hardly their fault. We would definately stay at ArtResidence again.
