A warm, friendly welcome awaits you at Brooklands, only 2 minutes from Bournemouth's award-winning sandy beach. We are the perfect location for conference delegates, families and couples for either short breaks or long holidays.
Reception is available from 7.30am - 9.00pm. We do not provide a night service, Latest checkin time is 9pm. Brooklands is ideally situated in the heart of the city, right by the Bournemouth International Conference Centre and within 5 minutes walk from Bournemouth's shopping arcades, gardens, theatres and nightlife. We offer
internet access, a fax service and also a wash-and-dry service. Hairdryers and irons are also available on request.

only problem we found was that the hot water had run out by about 6pm so unable to have a shower in the evenings.

Hotel was easy to find and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and warm. Only quibble would be there was no heating in the bathroon and as it was December it was pretty cold in there! But good friendly service which is the main thing.

We must state that we enjoyed our stay and the comments will hopefully allow the hotel to improve itself.
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it was non smoking yet on arrival and on a number of occasions we could smell smoking.
We were put in a downstairs room (29) next to the dining room so it was very noisy.
We went out in the morning and came back at 15:00 to have a rest before going back out in the evening. We both had to keep our coats on as the room was freezing cold and the heating was off.
The shower room was very damp and did not have a radiator or towel rail so it was also very cold.

Friendly staff, great location near to BIC, 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to town centre.
Room small but clean and comfortable.
Breakfast only available 8 till 9am - if this had been extended to 10am we would have eaten there, but we are not early risers!

Was a great place to spend the night, nice place, great people and an excellent location. The only problem i had was that room service wanted to clean my room at 9am when check out was at 10. They then again tried to come in at 9:50. I found it a bit pushy. Other than that it was fine.
