Poor directions and communication re collection of the key. The apartments used save electricity light bulbs which meant you were unable to see in the bathroom for using the mirrow etc the whole apartment was very dark. No soap in the bathroom it was empty. Overall I would not stay at these apartments again. |

The apartment was really nice. Quiet and relaxing. If you need the keys you have to contact the owner of the property who will give you codes to get into the building and also the code for the keys. When i asked the owner how much i would need to pay she did say that it was more than late rooms had origanlly said though which was confusing but i only ended up paying the fee i was told in the first place.Would recomend to anyone! |

The directions we had were ok but when we turned up at our apartment somebody had taken the key therefore we wasted many miles in petrol and time driving around to various other venues and ended up approximately 12 miles out of middlesborough. This was unsatisfactory the manager was unavalable and I have still (4 weeks later) been unable to discuss this matter with her. The accomodation itself was nice although there was dirty cutlery and no cleaning products. the management should review their ustomer service as I have read recommendations since and mine is not the first with the same problems. |

The location of the apartments was not accurate and I was suprised how far down Marton road the apartment was located. The apartment had an unfinished feel to it, mirrors on the side still in packaging. Apartment did not seem very clean. It was also quite difficult to find the appartment and was located next to what appeared to be a probation hostel. Would not want to stay there on my own again. |
