Watch out as you enter the town, there is a speed camera 100 yards after the 30 mph speed limit sign. You will come into the town from the opposite end. Pass Wood Green School and then Wood Green itself before you come to a double mini-roundabout. Go straight over this and keep on going over another roundabout, traffic-lights and another roundabout until you reach the Market Square with the Marlborough Hotel on your right. Ahead of you, you should be able to see the tall spire of St Mary's Church. Great hotel and friendly staff. Laterooms.com screwed up the booking, it's 15% cheaper if you book direct. |

Very disappointed to discover that the rate quoted on Late Rooms was actually 15% higher than the published rate on the hotel's literature. Apparently it was my fault for not cheking direct with the hotel! Not my idea of customer service. The room was pleasant and clean, but not good value compared with other B&Bs (which is what this establishmant is) |
