Clean, simple rooms in a comfortable hotel. Friendly service and a fantastic location just off Tottenham Court Road, 5mins walk to Euston Station and 10-15 mins from Covent Garden. Highly recommended and will use again. |

Good location but directions to hotel poor. Before we went we thought it was a good valued hotel but when you see what you get it was very expensive. We had a double bed squashed into a single room so the door couldn't open fully. Cleanliness was poor. Fortunately the radiator wasn't on as this would have circulated all the dust that had gathered inside the radiator. Had to share a toilet which had no ventilation. Breakfast was ok but the one staff not very friendly. |

The hotel was more of a hostel rather than a hotel. My first room stank of urine and i would not have let a dog sleepin there. After icomplainedi was given another room which was also of poor standard. The hotel is a discusting old shabby and no llonger fit for use. |
