Lovely building - obviously a lot of history behind the building - woul hace added to the character of the place to show old phots perhaps , some hsitory on the building and would use the courtyard more - lovely setting but unnder used at this time - apprecaite it might be on the cards to do some of this but just a thought

Not for families! Revellers will love it.
The apartment is very spacious and contemporary. We went as a family and we expected it would really work, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, separate lounge and kitchens, flat screen Sky TV etc. Then we realised that this is actually set up for young groups who are going out and getting lashed.
Why? - well the seagulls come in to the courtyard and crow very loudly all night, there was no dining table, no sofas (two chaise longues) so seating only one person on each (no family cuddling up there then), no curtains/blind in the second bedroom - so the young ones awoke with the dawn (but not the gulls, they didn't sleep). The hot water pipes make a 'bagpipe noise' on first running them. So you cant run a bath once the kids are in bed!

The Albany Building is superbly situated in the centre of Liverpool. The building has beautiful architecure and the appartment is very specious. We all had a wonderful weeked stay. My only critisism is some of the pans were dirty when we arrived.

This was a well-located apartment close to the main attractions in Liverpool. We were upgraded to a 3-bedroom penthouse apartment. The lounge was massive, the bedrooms stylish, the kitchen well-eqipped, the TV had a full Sky package. Secure car-parking was available for an additional tenner. If you're going to Liverpool for the Art Exhibition the Klimt at Tate Liverpool is over-rated but make sure you see "Art in the Age of Steam" at The Walker, an altogether more satisfying experience.
