Very spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Attracted by availability of free car parking (not easy to find in Bath hotels) although it makes for a 30-40 minute walk into the City centre. Breakfasts good with efficient staff but I was a liitle disappointed by the quality of restaurant dinner and speed of food service in bar lounge. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Liked the fact you get still and sparkling water in the room. Rooms are a good size, but shower termperature had a tendancy to go hot and cold. Good value for Bath area. A lovely walk into Bath along the canal, but rather futher to the centre of town than would have liked. |

Don't let the poor reviews prevent you from staying here. Yes, the exterior belies the interior, but the rooms, while in a boring 1970's extension , are quite spacious, clean and adequately furnished. The bathrooms are fine, not 5 star but nicer than a travelodge. However the restaurant is modern, light and stylish and the breakfast was very nice, definitely 5 star. Also, there's plenty of place to park and if you want a convenient place to stay away from the bustle and noise of the city, this could be it. |
