Superior Stay Serviced Apartments

A very clean and comfortable maisonnette type accomodation.
The accomodation was difficult to find on a dark night as there was no identifying sign outside and the number of the accomodation was too small to see.

We were contacted prior to our stay to check our requirements. We were supposed to be sent a code for obtaining the key by email - this did not happen - however we rang on the day and someone was available to help us.
The apartment was stunning!. Beautifully decorated spotlessly clean. the owners had left us some milk and bread and some wine which was a very generous and thoughful touch.
We had a large apartment for five and there was plenty of room.
We will definately be back.

Room was lovely breakfast cereal provided but no dishes to put in in was the only complaint that we had. On Sunday morning we left the room to get our car to load our baggage and got locked out!!! WE had no tel number etc, but the Tourist Info helped us to find the number and within 5 mins someone had rang me back, the card we had, had timed out and within 20 mins the lady arrived with the mastercard for us to retrieve our luggage.
We only booked a 1 bed apt but were upgraded to a 2 bed apt inc 2 bathrooms which was a lovely surprise.
Excellent location on the main street next door but one to Debenhams. Easy access of bars, restaurants and nightlife.
Highly recommended.

Amazing apartment, would definitely recommend to anyone..

I enjoyed staying in this luxury apartment, which was centrally based, but still peaceful at night. I would have appreciated better instructions on how to locate and enter the building. As it is an apartment there was no door person to assist with entry. It was only due to lucky timing that we were trying to enter as the housekeeper was leaving. We weren't expected until later, although i don't know why as the information instructed access to the apartment could be from 4 pm and we arrived at 5. However, once in the apartment we were reassured by the attention to detail and the facilities available to us. I would recommend this for a longer stay in the area. Sadly we were only in the lovely town of Harrogate for the night.
