Electricity did not work on a very hot day making the room literally uninhabitable without a fan (and without iron and TV). Said it was fixed when we returned but wasn't, had to be moved to two separate rooms. In the meantime the first 2 meals ordered turned out (after a 5 minute gap each time) to be unavailable leaving only steak and chicken, and as a non meat eater I went hungry. Location is new build between road and field, so though the area does have lots of kites it would be hard for any deer mentioned in previous reviews to get near! overpriced and staff generally well meaning but the whole operation is inefficient. Way overpriced and they charge for very ordinary breakfast. |

The Hotel has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard. The Food was of a very good quality. The rooms were a little on the small side but well equiped. The only down side was no air conditioning, and only a very thick duvet. |

Food was good, although the portion of fish was small. The room was well decorated, clean and tidy. the staff were polite and welcoming. |

The hotel itself was lovely but was nowhere near Marlow although accornding to laterooms it was the closest. It ended up costing me over £150 in taxi fares getting to and from Marlow for the wedding, not impresses. D |
