This hotel is overpriced as luxury accommodation. in need of some renewal, the rooms are at best basic. The TV coverage is woeful for a hotel of this stature and the equipment poorly maintained and antiquated. It has the potential to be so much better. |

Lovely location and excellent value mid-week for room and ful breakfast. Set menu in the restaurant was generally good value. Carvery area was in the full swing of Xmas parties hence a general perfume of brussel sprouts was dominant. Plenty of choice for breakfast although the juice on offer could have been a better quality. Bags of staff in attendance in what is a very large, rambling building. Nice to have use of the health club although the fixtures and fittings could be upgraded. All in all it would be churlish to complain too much for staying in a decent hotel with lots of helpfull staff, a warm pool to swim in and a hearty breakfast all for £50! Happy to recommend this hotel and would stay again. |

I stayed at this hotel with a friend, it is very close to the centre of the nice small town of Market Bosworth. From the outside it looks a lovely property and most areas inside do also. Some parts are looking a bit tired I think it depends what part you stay in. We had a twin room which for the price we paid was very adequate just seemed a bit old and smelt a bit odd too. The breakfast was excellent a buffet style with extra items they cook freshly for you. The spa area was nice not luxury but very good, book treatments in advance if you want them. |

i have been using this hotel for 3 - 4 years now and it has gradualy got worse over this time. This time the cleanliness of the rooms was very poor and beds were not re-made daily. Although the evening meal was included in the price after the second evening i ate out at a pub as the carvery was very dried up and not replenished until the dish was used up which took a long time as at times i was the only person in the restaurant. |
