Everything about the stay was wonderful, from the personal welcome you get to the very high standard of the apartment, including cleanliness and decor, and the views are breathtaking.. Would recommend this to anyone - a group of people wanting a city break, or a couple wanting a romantic weekend away, or to a family. Right next door to the Baltic art's centre which has a really good cafe, a minute away from The Sage, and a few minutes over the bridge you are in the Quayside, with it's restaurants, pubs and bars aplenty. Really lovely.

The accommodation was an appartment. There was a generous 'welcome pack' waiting. Receiving and returning the keys went smoothly. Phone calls promptly returned. No criticisms at all. Would use again and recommend to others.
