StayBirmingham @ Arc Apartments

Hotel is in a good location, not too far from Birmingham New St, The rooms were quite nice, almost like a newly refurbished new build flat. Bed was nice and comfy!
I think the hotel should give an option for a welcome pack which should consist of bread, drinks etc, that you can pay extra for. Bit of a walk from the closest little shop.
Only qualms I had about the place, was the TV, quite small for the front room, and the signal was REALLY bad, so i could hardly watch anything, Also the sofa...great as a sofa bed, but not as a sofa, not particularly comfortable at all! ... Really missed having a TV in the bedroom too.

Good location, friendly service, clean apartment. Would definitely stay again. The only minor issue was the shower wasn't great.
I can imagine that it could be quite busy/noisy in the evenings as there are lots of bars/restaurants nearby but this was no problem for us as we didn't get in till late ourselves.

Beautifully appointed rooms and friendly staff to deal with. I had a telephone call to confirm booking and asking for any assistance required. Very central location and excellent value for money. My only criticism is that there are no windows in the rooms [French doors in both lounge and bedroom] and no fans, bearing in mind the current temperatures and the excellent room fittings this appears to be something that could be easily addressed. The only option is to leave the french doors open all night. Would definitely stay there again in the near future.

Hotel charged us £25 for leaving two plates and a frying pan in the sink. Apparently this is in the small print so beware when assuming paying room service includes pot washing! Directions to the hotel from reception were awful. We were sent on a wild goose chase around Birmingham to find it was really easy to find when given the correct directions. When we arrived home from a Friday night there were a group of people sat in reception argueing with the night bouncer. Could have been understandable except I think they were friends with the owners...

Excellent value 2 bed apartment - prime position for entertainment and theatreland - Arcadian Centre was heaving on the Friday evening we stayed there, and we had one of the best Italian meals (outside Italy) ever in the Milano restaurant - fantastic but not cheap!
