The new look Lambert Arms is perfectly situated just of the M40 Junction 6. The inn has been completely transformed to a modern standard, yet retains its original, historical features. Forty four stylish and spacious bedrooms decorated in muted colours feature home-from-home comforts such as crisp white linen, comfy duvets, thick fluffy towels, luxurios toiletries, plasma TV's, free WiFi and tea & coffee making facilities. Room rates include a deluxe Continental breakfast with full English breakfast available at an extra charge.
You''l find a comfortable and friendly bar with open log fires, real ales and a mouth watering array of food, including favourite pub classics using fresh, seasonal locally sourced produce. This takes you back under the motorway.Shortly after the first left-hand turn to Postcombe/Thame(A40). We are no more than 200 hundred yards on the left- just look for the light house. We were in the old part of the hotel ., rooms nice but so ,so ,so cold as heating almost non existant . Suggest you go for newer rooms which should be warmer . Staff , service and food all excellent .

I satyed here in its last week of business before a major refurb. I will definately be looking to stay here when the refurb has been completed.
The staff and food was what would be expected; warm, welcoming and accommadating.
