Room was good value at £50 BB at late rooms rate and not worth much more. We were put in the lodge some 200mts from the main hotel which was unexpected. They run an odd system in the restaurant, all starters and main courses etc are priced at the same cost, so I paid £15.95 for scampi and chips which was far too much. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

This hotel was in an absolutely fantastic location, with beautiful sea views. It is only a 5 min drive to Ilfracombe which is a lovely town with great restaurants and a very nice port to wander round. They weekend we stayed the weather was great and made everything better. The gym and pool aren't great but we didn't book in for these.. one of the bar maids was a bit rude and aprupt but hey she might have had a bad day!! can't fault it and will dwefinitely be back, as you wont find a better value for money in britain!! |
